1. You took a photo from the wrong side! Photos should always be taken from the geared side so people can have a better look at the drivetrain & components (derailleurs). Better illustration below. 2. From the small photo, all I can tell is it's a Cannondale CADD - something. ??? Maybe H300? 3. What YEAR is it? 4. Look it up on Bicycle Blue Book.
