Is BET founder Robert Johnson right in promoting that all Black people should vote as a block?
He says that all Black persons voting for the same candidate, gives Blacks leverage in picking candidates most beneficial to Black people. And what happens when I replace the words “Black” with “White”?

Read the answers and you can see why Black people feel the way they do. "White" is not a cultural ethnicity. I don't feel bound in any way to what I read as 4 other answers. It's the presumptive nature and lack of people to even try to understand that causes the current situation. Robert Johnson is correct that organizing politically is the best path to human rights as opposed to continued demonstrations. He's wrong in simplifying too much.
Well of course blacks expect privilege; that's all all this BLM nonsense is all about. Can you imagine the outrage from blacks and their liberal tools if someone started a White Entertainment Television station?
Interesting how so many black leaders insist that black people consider themselves black first, then Americans second. And that they should not think as individuals.
Did he also say if they are happy with how things are, they should keep voting the way they've been voting for decades?
How has this monolithic vote served the poor black urban communities? Are they living in safe neighborhoods with good schools and plenty of job opportunities? If not, what has voting for Democrats done for them?
