Does it sound like he could be interested now?

Last year this guy rejected me. He treated me horribly after that playing hot and cold and then eventually blocked me and ignored me but continued flirting with other girls in front of me.Recently I’ve had a big glow up, he started then acting nervous around me and trying to look good for me, even daring to start a conversation with me trying to smooth things out but I continue to ignore him and give him no attention.A few days ago I had to call him to speak about something, he was extremely nervous and took forever to answer the phone but then was really nice, spoke softly to me and was super helpful, I couldn’t believe how nice he was to me- treated me the same as before the rejection. Now I’ve heard he’s trying to pursue girls with the very same name as me who also look exactly like me.It was confirmed also just before lockdown that he was sexually attracted to me now. Opinions?

People generally don't change who they are.  People who are emotionally abusive don't change.  They might try to hide it, but it's still there.  If you're looking for a hookup, then that's probably on the cards.  Long term relationship?  I suppose he "could" have changed but generally speaking, people are who they are.
