Do I have a bald spot on my hair? ?

Hi I have people tell me I have a bald spot on back of head and am worried as only 20. Is it really balding already?

It does look like your hair is rather thin. Could be stress or hormone related.
 Invest in some Jamaican black castor oil and massage your scalp with it regularly.
