Well, we need more information about the drug. This is because the way different animals metabolize the same substance can be quite different. Whats more is that some animals might lack the biological pathways that are the mechanism of action of the drug, and thus wouldn't be effected at all. You can't use a simple dose reduction in this scenario and be at all accurate.
