So at my old job I was getting taken out 16% of my pay now I’m getting taken out 13% can anyone explain why. I did move to a different county but same company I’m just confused on why this is happening

Tax laws have given citizens more breaks than usual over the past 4 years.

Some counties have an occupational tax. Maybe 1%, Others zero. Beyond that, I don't know unless you pay has changed.

Your W4 setup is different.
I would surmise that when you created your W4, that you didn't tell the company that this was a 2nd job.
