alternatives to hair conditioner?

ever since i got infected from black mold (thankfully)
i got out of that place 4 years ago, ive been having
very sensitive issues to fragrances & chemicals,
shampoos, conditioners, even some foods i have to be
careful with now, is there anything you can use in
place of hair conditioner (no oats cause i found out
im allergic to that) so that my hair and body wont have
a allergic reaction (any scented or fragrance ones i
really cant handle that since my body will become itchy,
turn red (the skin), my eyes will water, etc.

Look for unscented shampoos and conditioners, they're less harsh on your skin. There are also shampoos and conditioners out there that have more natural ingredients to them. Usually oils can be used instead of conditioner but they do have some fragrance to them, so you could get a reaction from using them.
I'm allergic to oats too, but I haven't seen a shampoo or conditioner that has oats in it. If it does, then don't use it.

There are scent free conditioners.
There are natural conditions that don't contain things like silicone or the like that do tend to irritate, or coat the hair so make it harder to wash out.
Alternatively oil. Many different types, something like almond oil or grapeseed. Everyone seems to love coconut but that's very thick, I'd go with something thinner, even sunflower oil.
