Roughly 4.5 million black people in the United States have master's degrees. Females are 62% of that number. So roughly 1.7 million black males have master's degrees or roughly 6.5% of all black males. So FALSE is the answer.

6% of all Americans have a masters degree. So it seems unlikely that a group which makes up about 7.3% of the American population would have all the masters degrees. I would have to conclude that this is a false statement.
