video file just disappeared(reason)?

windows 10 first video file just gone missing for no reason possible that I deleted a source related to that file not sure then I entered a new folder for the video file after a month till now again disappears it's just only 1 file folder and I'm checked most of the systems search for that particular file and can't find?,what happened and how to solve?.Thanks

what "source" did you delete? are you sure that what you deleted was not necessary? it's possible the 2 were linked somehow.
what was the file extension (e.g., ".exe") of the 2 files involved?
