Fortunately for you, many Swedes can speak good English. Quite a few can speak excellent English.
But if you are going to live in a country and call it your home for any significant length of time, for goodness sake learn a bit of the language, daily greetings, etc. It is simply polite to do so, and you will get on far better with the locals if you do so.
What has prompted you to want to live in Sweden?
Note also your use of English; Sweden, Swedish, with capitals, as also ' I ' for yourself. 'Speak' is spelled thus. Maybe you would do well to learn good English before thinking of living somewhere where you would need to learn even just a few words of any other language.
