How can a man relieve stress?
I mean how can a man free from stress.

All good answers. If you do not know about the bible that would be the first thing to grab to reduce your stress. It will take time to understand why I say it. Remember not everything in life causes stress. Do a spring cleaning of your environment. Take what you feel is stress and remove it. Taking up a sport is good but than the stress would be there because you would have to compete with another individual. You can do some new hobbies that do not relate to people. People will stress you out. This will sound lame but the amount of money you have in your bank account could put stress into your life. It's there but in the back of your mind you may feel someone will hack into your account and remove all your money. For stress to be out of one's life you would have to live in a lonely environment. You may have to become a hermit for life. Is that what you want?

Now contrary to my name, I am by no means a medical professional. In fact, a couple hours ago, I got a boo boo, and I don't know how to make it feel better. But what I do know is that I have found relief many times in the form of flicking the bean.
Now, the specificity of the bean is unimportant here. It can be a bean of any sort; pinto beans, kidney beans, lima beans, red beans, white beans, and if you're feeling confident, maybe even black beans. Just pick a bean, any bean, and flick the bean.
I myself find great enjoyment in lining up many beans in a row and flicking them at whatever power speed and distance that I see fit for the situation at hand.
Is it anger stress? Flick it fast, and flick it hard.
Sad stress? Flick it with intention, and a long wind up.
Work stress? You may need to add a lubricant to make the flick easier. Maybe try a coconut curry. You could also use teriyaki or chicken broth. It really depends on the bean and the one who flicks it.
It isn't an exact science, but for me, it works like magic. You know what they say, magic is just science that we don't yet understand. However, I understand your pain, brother. So do me a favor, try this, and let me know your results.
Sincerely,
Dr. Elemayo
