Have you tried looking for a router buying guide? I've had good luck with CNET recommendations - https://www.cnet.com/news/five-things-to-know-before-you-buy-a-new-router-in-2020/
IMHO the first thing you need to determine is if you need a router with mesh capability or not? Will you be doing online gaming, if yes then get one that is designed for that application.
You should get one that supports Wi-Fi 6 (also known as IEEE 802.11ax). Just be aware that the devices you connect to the router will also need to support Wi-Fi 6, if they don't than the router will operate at whatever the least common denominator of what your devices support.
