Who do I report this to?

Question

I received a two month expired 'fresh' chicken from a national online only food website (it's a known company). Chicken not  frozen, and was not supposed to be anyways they don't sell frozen food, completely 'fresh' but two months expired. It's not a can of soup, it's chicken. I feel that some agency should be told as that's a dangerously unhealthy practice. Any ideas?

Chicken doesn't “expire”. Do you mean it was past it's “use by” date or do you mean it was actually bad?

What did the company say when you complained?
