I’m a healthy fit 27 year old male non smoker and overall healthy I workout 5 times a week I noticed a small lump on my trapezius right by my neck it’s lovable and not painful almost as if it’s a fatty lump should I be concerned of cancer ?

Get it checked by a doctor to be sure but it is probably just a lipoma.

No. It is likely either a cyst or something called a lipoma which is a benign tumor. Both require an incision made and the mass removed. They won't go away on their own in most cases. A dermatologist is who you should consult regarding this.
