If you raised a tiger from birth would it be tame?

I'm just wondering, I know it's bad and you shouldn't do it, but could that happen?

Yes, it has been done many times, but don't mistake tame for domesticated, that won't happen in your lifetime. They will still retain their natural instincts and predatory nature.
