You need to add more info, who are your other RBs? You didn't say if you're in a traditional league or ppr. And he wants Gaskins for Johnson, correct? If this is the case then, no. If it's the other way around then, yes.
Right now, Johnson is a WR3, imo. He hasn't been reliable, healthy enough thus far to be a go-to receiver on a team that spreads the ball around.
