I have an iphone 11 with 128gb of storage storage got full and don't want to pay for extra storage I deleted almost all apps on phone and still show full?.That's their catch they want you to buy more storage even if you hardly use any apps on the phone.

You are under some false assumptions. iPhone data storage is static, they can't be expanded. You can't buy any more storage. With Apple though you can put things like photos on "the cloud". With some Android operating system phones you can expand storage with SD cards.

Depends on the android device. There are many different android devices out there and a lot of them have expandable storage so you can just add more storage with an SD card.
