Yes. If you have any kind of arthritis or have migraine headaches or asthma, changes in air pressure can make all those worse. Air quality and pollen count are 2 different things as well.

Change in air pressure can cause a person to get headaches, become dizzy, or feel nauseous. Some people are very sensitive to pressure changes. I was travelling with a German guy who used to become really ill because of this.
