The USA hasn't killed one million, let alone millions of Muslims. Muslims have killed millions of Muslims. America is there to buy your oil and protect the Jews. If you interfere with those objective then America will take action to correct the disruption.
They care about Uighar Muslims because they are negotiating with the Chinese and like creating another barginging chip. When the trade dispute is resolve the Uighar problem will fade back into the oblivion where it has always been before.
