Find out the date you signed the lease and then find out the length of the lease (probably one year).

I had a housing association lease with no end, I could stay as long as I want as long as I keep to the rules.

If there is no ending date, it might be a month to month. (30 day).
When you reread it, again, look for the Payment DUE date. (First of the month?), etc.
