I'm not really too sure on this myself. Sometimes people say "You should go talk to your lawyer about this." or I heard Ben Wyatt tell Ron Swanson to get a lawyer to write a will. I thought you only needed lawyers for court cases? So can you just have a lawyer to ask questions about the law? And how do you get a lawyer for this?

Call a law firm. Tell whoever answers what you want. You will be referred to the appropriate attorney.
There are sub specialties in law just as in medicine. You wouldn't hire a real estate attorney to defend you against a criminal case and you wouldn't get a tax lawyer to do your medical malpractice case.
There are literally thousands and thousands of lawyers in America. Need one? Open the yellow pages or Google “lawyers in my area.” Or talk to someone. There are many kinds of lawyers for various purposes. What do you need one for? Many will give a one time, one hour free consultation but after that you can expect to pay for their time.
There's no such thing as a general lawyer, every single one of them has one or more areas of law that they practice, this is because the law incredibly vast and to cover everything or even half of it you'd have to be superman.
In addition, every single complaint needing a lawyer can also be categorized, including yours.
