If Asps and Puss Moth Caterpillars are venomous, then why aren't the moths venomous, too?

Use of the word probably does not help your answer become more authoritative, and proving that a gaming card is venomous doesn't help either.  Is it possible that the moths are venomous and we just never noticed?
