In the US, which two train stations, on the same line, are the farthest apart?
To be specific, what is the longest distance between two station stops in the middle of a long-haul route?

Alaska RR has no stations between Healy and Fairbanks, over 100 miles. The train will, however, stop for trackside pickups and discharges when flagged or notified in advance.

That would depend on your definition of 'line'.
While the likely farthest apart stations would be Miami & Seattle, no one train runs between those cities.
Look at the Amtrak site and look at their longest runs, which to me appear to be California Zephyr which runs from Chicago to Emeryville CA (Just outside of San Francisco) and the Empire Builder, which runs from Chicago to Portland/Seattle.
