Hello , I installed a new windows 10 but oddly I just found that my AMD graphic card not shown correctly as it's suppose to be AMD R5 M430 and appeared to be AMD R5 M330 and tried to update it but it claims it's up to date and it's not . so any given solution please ?

Nothing to solve. The difference are probably minor. If your graphics card works perfectly then nothing to fix. Just hope the identification gets resolved in the next update or you can go to AMD's website, download the latest driver and install it. I'm guessing there won't be any changes but you can always try.

Did you try this https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-r5-series/amd-radeon-r5-400-series/amd-radeon-r5-m430 driver or just Windows update? The two GPU's are very nearly the same and you probably won't see any real difference.
