My guess is that it is out of print for some reason. You can CALL or visit a store like Barnes and Noble where they might be able to do some research to find out if it is available for order. You could also reach out to the author on Twitter. He seems to be active and responsive to questions from readers.

It appears to be not just out of print but withdrawn from digital platforms. There was definitely an ebook sold at multiple outlets at one time (and I think a paperback edition too), but even the more esoteric sites selling used books don't have it.
