No. Racism is taught, so children don't suffer from it until they've learned it. Racism is a function of perceived superiority. As you know, kids begin to pick on each other after they start school, and the ones who get picked on are the vulnerable ones: the small, the unattractive, and the different. I've lived all over the world, and I've seen plenty of Asian, Black, Caucasian, Hispanic, and American Indian racists. They're all the same, regardless of skin color.
