Sure, there is iron, aluminum, calcium, silicon, magnesium, manganese, and titanium.

Probably not "on" the moon, but very likely plenty inside it. Might not be a lot of the ores that we find so readily on earth because they form from water, but water is not the only way to make ore deposits. Just one of the common ways here on earth.
I think Mars is a much better bet for hydrothermal ore deposits.
