What happens if a car keeps stalling constantly?
Even it has a brand new battery, it has a tune up done, new battery cables, & alternator installed?

Keep throwing money at it until you find what is wrong. If it was me, I would have the fuel pump pressure tested.

So what the heck kind of vehicle are you talking about? What's the motor size? if a tune up was done did they clean the throttle body? It takes a good 25 miles of stop and go driving with the AC and other loads off for the idle to be relearned by the PCM after disconnecting the battery.
