How to find sales job in Germany where you can learn and work at the same time?

So, I have a little background in sales as I have worked in my university in Munich as a sales assistant for a year and recently left. I am looking for work but want to still work in sales as I feel like I have a lot to learn but unable to find anything on LinkedIn or similar websites. Can anyone suggest me some job where I can join and train and get paid, the pay is not a problem, anything that pays my bills would do but I am looking more towards work experience and how to sell as I aspire to have my own business in future. this is my company i work with.  do you speak German?  a lot of sales jobs that support that territory will require dual languages.  i did not have technology sales experience but still got my job with similar background sales and have been there for two years now.
