What is indicated by a change of axis?
August 2019, an optometrist prescribed o.d. 095 and o.s. 075 (+225). December 2020, a different optometrist prescribed o.d. 090 and o.s. 090 (+200). Does this suggest my eyes have improved over time? Thanks.

A change in axis doesn't signify an improvement or worsening of the vision .
The axis is a direction , not a power. It is the direction the CYL power is placed at in the lenses. It is a small change anyways.
The second Dr. simply found that your vision is a bit sharper at the axis he prescribed rather than what you had.
