Yes. Everyone sins. It doesn't stop with baptism. That's what the communion is for, an ordinance through which you renew your baptismal covenant by repenting and cleansing yourself of sin weekly as you commemorate the Atonement, when Jesus Christ took on the sins of all humankind, and the Crucifixion, when Jesus laid his life down, his body and his blood, to raise it back up in the Resurrection so that we might all have eternal life free of sin.

Yes.  "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."  1 John 1:9.

Everyone sins.  To go to heaven, you have to repent of your sins.

Water baptism cannot get anyone into heaven, is not required to get into heaven, and cannot be added to what gets a person into heaven.  See 1 Corinthians 1:17.  You can't add any works to getting into heaven.  See Romans 4:5.  And all people saved and going to heaven still sin.  See 1 John 1:8.  Believing in the Lord Jesus Christ means being forgiven all sins past and future and means going to heaven and not hell. Nobody can be good enough to avoid hell.  So to avoid hell, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is that easy.  When a person dies, they will be in heaven or hell, and they can't get out of hell if that is where they go.  To go to heaven and not go to hell, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, without adding any of your works.  Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God and who died on the cross and shed His blood to pay for all our sins, and who resurrected from the dead.  See Romans 4:5 and 1 Corinthians 15:3-4.
