Can a new room effect the wifi signal when the router is in the new room instead the main fountain of the  old and wood house?

Use your smart phone and a WIFI analyzer and you can see the expected signal strength.  SIgnal to Noise is the best criteria, one can have weak signal but good connection.  Wood studded walls should not impede wifi much.

wifi hates walls. and the more "things" in the room, the worse your signal will be, asit has to go thru them.
also, placement is important. closer to the ceiling is better, as fewer things lining walls to have to go thru.
