Mine hangs on the left wall near the fireplace and swings out toward the room.
Common Sense
If you HAVE to have the sofa facing the fireplace, then don't use the fireplace and set up a TV in front of the fireplace with the sofa up against the large wall.
I would put the sofa at a right angle to the fireplace and put the TV on the wall between the two doors.
Or, put the back of the sofa in front of the fireplace and the TV on the large wall across from the fireplace.
Pick one.

TV need electricity so you only got 1 outlet? So the TV cannot go against the radiator, so you only got that one wall. You set the couch at a 45 degree angle so it faces both the fireplace and the TV. It is a schitty room. Your choice is limited.

Do a sectional couch and put the tv between those two doors. Many experts recommend against putting the tv over the fireplace if it's ever used, as the heat damages the TV.
