what conditions are required to be employed in an embassy in my country?

hi , I'm 21 years old .Despite my major as an architecture student ,I work as an English teacher. I've always liked to work in an embassy in my city Tehran, Iran , but I know nothing about the conditions and qualifications which is required to have in order to be employed in one. and I don't even know how to apply for that. I appreciate any help .
