Can the person who pays for my phone bill see my activity?

I recently read a question similar to mine. My mom pays my phone bill, can she see my activity? If so, how can I block it? I wrote a fan fiction about shrek and I don't want her to see it.

Unless mom is having everything you do online, forwarded to her computer/phone, she will not see your sexual fan fiction about you and Shrek bumping uglies and engaging in all sorts of fetishes with Donkey and his dragon wife, resulting in human, dragon, equine hybrid horrors, that fly, talk and fire-fart in mud baths.
