No, but only because I don't think any place is the best place. As a Dane, who has lived abroad, I can say that life is good here, and I'm happy to live here, but I know that our culture can be difficult for foreigners.
And the weather.... well, while we have some really beautiful days, it does tend to suck most of the time. During the late autumn/winter months there are few daylight hours and with the rain and the fog, you can literally go for days and days on end without seeing any sunshine. If you're not used to it (and even if you are), you can find it depressing.
