Is it illegal to throw your miscarriage away in public?
Today I miscarried on the streets. I picked up the fetus and threw it in a public trashcan? Is that a biohazard. and can they trace it back to me?

It's a biohazard because there is blood.
They could run a DNA test to try to find you. If it's obvious to them that it's a miscarriage, they probably won't bother. If they think the baby might have been born alive and murdered after, then they will definitely try to find you.

Your fiction skills are nonexistent. You would be physically unable to pick anything up and throw it into a trashcan if you had just miscarried.
You CAN'T be IGNORANT enough not to know DNA would link you to your child.
StephenWeinstein It CANNOT be obvious it was a miscarriage. Saying there could be DNA, instead of there MUST BE DNA is factually wrong.

Yeah, if You do it it is a crime or two.
If the medical centre does it it is normal biological waste.
