I know this is bizzare but I feel there are some good kind people out there. So I've been feeling down lately and I would like $100 to go online shopping. You can email at gretakalvo@yahoo.com should you choose to help a gal out

Pro: I won't go over $100.00USD (give or take a few bucks for tax and shipping)
Pro: I am not a hacker or criminal or anything but worst case scenario, you are ensured if you just report it as fraudulent activity to the credit card people. But I promise I won't do this. You would have my name, email and home address once I make the purchase so you could easily find me and report me to the police should anything happen but again, that's worse case scenario.

Pro: It's a win-win situation for you. Pretty please?

***also, if you would like me to work for the 100.00, I don't mind that either. I have 8 years of tutoring experience in grades preschool all the way up to college level and I also have my TEFL license.

No, they can't.  It is not possible to e-mail a credit card number for only $100 or any other amount.  If you spend more, even several million dollars, they cannot report as fraudulent.  A person can report another person's charges as fraudulent only if they did not allow the person to use it at all, not even for one penny.  Once someone lets you use their card, even for just one penny, you can use it for more, even many thousands more, and the credit card company considers this authorized, because they allowed you to use it, even though not as much as you did.
