Could rap use the "neutral clef"?

I am a drummer. Drums use the neutral clef or the percussion clef because the drums do not have a definite pitch.

I feel that rap is the " percussion of singing". There is no definite pitch, but there are higher and lower general pitches, just like rack and floor toms on a drum set.

Since we write down melodies on the bass and treble clef for choirs, could we write rap on the neutral clef?

A good example would be Bone, thugs and harmony's " thuggish ruggish bone". It has indefinite higher and lower pitch changes all over the place.

serious responses please.

thanks in advance

Vocals - your voice - has full pitch range and is often scored in the same way as other instruments, with defined pitch to go with the lyrics.

I don't particularly like rap, but if you think is has no pitch variation I can only guess you have been listening to some extremely bad stuff, or you are tone deaf?
