How to get money for science?

I am 30 years old, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Srpska, I am unemployed, I have a degree in economics, but I was ill and I like sciences. If I live a nightmare because I am not studying sciences, or I am in a very poor health state because I am not studying sciences, can I somehow get the funds (money) for sciences, for college.
