(((SPIRITUAL GIFTS))) (I COR 12:7-10) COMES WITH HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM (I COR 12:13) AND

By the laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost after Baptism. The same as it was done in the New Testament.
