It’ll be a very particular scenario, even some with people I never met before. A scenario I could never predict because nothing has happened yet to lead up to that conclusion AT ALL.

What you're describing is DEJÁVU. Its a low-level precognitive dream that depicts a brief glimpse of your own future, just as if you’d watched a film clip. That perception-in-advance only lasts a few seconds, but is very exact & detailed, down to each word spoken and every little physical movement. When the Present catches up and those events begin to unfold, seeing it again triggers one's recollection of the dream.
Btw, this will sound like Greek to people who don't get dejávu, bcuz only about 60% ever experience it. Of those ppl, less than half actually recognize those episodes as something they DREAMED before. Most just chalk it up as a weird brain glitch. So by having dejávu AND perceiving it as a dream memory, you're in a very limited group.
