You don't. Not all at once. Think of the brain like a book. You can use only one page at a time. Using 10% of your brain at a time is enough; you use the rest at other times.

Mental hospitals DO NOT perform MRIs.
The MYTH that anyone only uses 10% of there brain is based on entirely debunked claims that wouldn't even SUGGEST that conclusion if the studies actually showed the data claimed.

Shake it, rattle & roll, not too harshly though. Get those juices flowing - exercise helps. Brain puzzles, studying something difficult to grasp. Keep the brain active, just like the body. Don't let it get old.
