Law school and exam advice needed?

My question is this, I am finishing my BS now and planning where to move very soon.  If I move to a NON UBE state & obtain my JD there but actually want to practice law in a UBE state elsewhere, is the only requirement to practice law just taking that UBE state's bar exam? I am looking at either attending a JD program in either california or florida and to practice law in texas when I graduate.  I will try to get into one of the texas schools for jd but highly doubtful I can get in or afford those.

My issue is NOT my LSAT or my GPA but my affordability to the schools I apply for JD to.  I have family and resources in both cali and fl but not in TX (where I want to live and practice some day).   
I have 5 kids so I am thinking of where would be best during my JD program for me and the kids.  Could I attend a JD in California when I have family that can help me with my kids as I work pt and go to school then study for the TX bar exam and practice there?  Are there other requirements?

How do you plan to pass the Bar Exam, much of which pertains to State Law, when you are applying in a State where you've never studied?  And graduates of schools which have low standards, admitted to the Bar or not, are the last to be hired.  That was a BIG problem with law schools in Arizona.  Pretty much anyone could get in and graduate.  A small percentage passed the Bar. An even smaller percentage found employment.

Thou dost confuse thyself. Many states use both the ube AND their own state bar exam. (That's right, two (2), count 'em, two (2), exams.) Allsyagottado after law school is take a Bar Review Course in the state where you want to practice, and that course will cover whatever exam(s) that state uses. It doesn't matter where you go to law school, as long as it's an accredited school. Google Bar Review Course and readya some.
