Who gave Peter the authority to say water baptism (Acts 2:38) when Jesus just said Holy Spirit baptism in Acts 1:5 who didn't REMEMBER ?

UNTIL ACTS 11:15-17?

WASN'T JESUS FULFILLING SCRIPTURE THROUGH PETER WHEN HE PROMISED

"I WILL BRING ALL THINGS TO YOUR (((REMEMBRANCE))) WHATSOEVER I'VE TOLD YOU" (JOHN 14:26)?

WHY CAN'T TODAY'S CHRISTIANS SEE PETER DIDN'T (((REMEMBER))) (ACTS 11:15-16) TO FULFILL SCRIPTURE (JOHN 14:16) LIKE JESUS PROMISED (MATTHEW 5:17-18)?

@ANON

"Look! It's the Forum's WHACKO head-case, THE COWARDLY PU$$Y HIDING BEHIND AN ANON the BatshytCRAZY WITCH!" ON IT'S WAY TO HELL IN "UNBELIEF" (REV 21:8).

@ANON

I DON'T HAVE TO QUESTION (((NOTHING))) WHEN GOD TOLD ME (I COR 2:10).

EVEN A (((FOOL))) KNOWS NO "SIGNS FOLLOWED" (MARK 16:17-18) YOUR POWERLESS TRINITY-WATER BAPTISM BELIEF (MK 1`6:16; MATT 28:19).

SINCE YOU'RE (((IGNORANT))) (ACTS 17:30) THERE'S A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR YOU AND ANYONE WHO BELIEVES LIKE YOU IN "UNBELIEF" (REV 21:8)

@MALCOLM

Jesus is the Holy Spirit (John 14:18; 26) who said "Holy Spirit baptism" (Acts 1:5).  Therefore Peter didn't have the authority to OVERRULE JESUS who said water baptism (Acts 2:38).

@DUMBCATHOLIC

CATHOLICS ARE NO WHERE MENTIONED IN THE ENTIRE BIBLE.  SINCE YOU WERE ADDING LIES, YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD SENSE ENOUGH TO ADD THE WORD "CATHOLIC" WHICH PROVES CATHOLICS DON'T HAVE SENSE ENOUGH TO CHEW BUBBLE GUM AND WALK AT THE SAME TIME.

@MAGIX

HOW LONG WAS IT BEFORE SARAH HAD ISAAC ALTHOUGH GOD PROMISED?

Peter didn't remember to fulfill scripture even though Jesus said he would make Peter remember. Hm. Jesus said he would bring all things to his Peter's remembrance, but Peter didn't remember. Hmmmm. Do you see the problem this presents?

Saint Peter remembered just fine. It's your interpretation of the Bible which is wrong. We Catholics were there at the time, so we know the facts, and we don't need to make things up, like you do.

The Holy Spirit gave Peter the authority to preach Acts 2:38, the first gospel sermon, just after Peter and the others received Holy Spirit baptism in Acts 2:1-4, which fulfilled the PROMISE of John 14-15-16.

DANG! You CAUGHT me. After I used the Atheist Time Machine ( invented in AD 2525) to travel back to 5066 BC and bury all the fossils, to trick scientists into believing evolution, I went forward to the year AD 38, dressed up like an angel, and told Peter that WATER baptism was the VERY BEST. It wasn't hard to convince him, since I demonstrated it by having some well-built woman put on a plain white cotton robe. Then I dunked her in the river, and old Pete could see her nipples through the wet fabric.

So, I admit, it was me.
Didn't realize (at the time) that it was going to upset you.

So now you are questioning the Bible, you think you know better what Jesus said?  Wow, there is a special place in hell for you.
