What is worse, a wrinkled bill or faded bill (US currency)?

Question

As far as "resale value", I have a ben franklin with a slight crease right on his face in the bill, but the bill feels newer and less used. The other does not have any creases, but feels thinner and the face is somewhat faded and looks more gray... 
Is there one better than the other for its value..? 
(They are newer bills, not planning to sell anytime soon, but want to put them aside for far down the road...)

Inflation will destroy the spending power of paper money. faster than any hope of collector value increasing.

The wear and tear has hurt both of them in terms of grade.

$100 bills without unusual features (stars, rare series, interesting serial numbers, printing errors, etc.) will only be worth $100 for a very long time because so many have been printed. Trade them in for brand new ones and keep those.
