This is so basic but I always go for socks for last minute presents. Buy the high quality ones, not the thin and colorful ones. She likes gymnastics, chances are she will need plenty of good socks and its expensive so she cant buy it herself. It is also widely available in sport stores. Happy birthday to your sister!
