Is It Bad Or Good To Have Two Different Therapist?
So it bad or good to have two different therapist in mental health for person? Even when they don't work in the same place. Like one is for the City and Country System(where Medicare or Medical pays for it) one might be private ?
I don't care about the money part at all. It more of would the current one need to know know, would one have to stop going to see one of them. The one I'm seeing now works for the City And County Mental Health System. I go their Mental Health clinic in my neighborhood. What I really like their 2-3 times a week Wellness groups. That like 3hrs each day with a hour break. I sure DON'T want to lose going to that at all.
IF IT IS REALLY BAD TO HAVE TWO DIFFERENT THERAPIES.
Are there even any rules in a City And County Health System or even from Medicare or Medical that you can't have two. Even when one is NOT PAYED BY Medicare or Medical. Would the current therapist have to know about it, are there conflict who the main one, when there are important stuff to take of. Like say stuff from Medicare, Medical, SSA, etc....
This whole idea of therapy outside of my current one, is from my siblings. Not my own idea at all. I like what I got already.
