This happens on edge, mozilla, and chrome I tried reinstalling didnt and tried erasing history cache, and cookies as well

Set Display settings in Personalization (Control Panel) back to a Basic Theme preferably non-dark. If that works, change colors one at a time and save to a new theme each time so you can revert it back if you mess it up.
