Should I renew my FAFSA?

So this is my last semester at my local community college and I'm getting my associate's degree, but I was planning on taking the next semester off. I am also still looking for other colleges/university's to continue with my Bachelor's, but I haven't decided yet. So with that, I wanted to know if I have to file my FAFSA or do I just wait until I have found my next school for the next semester? Thank you for your time!

There is a deadline for completing the FAFSA; if you do not complete it in time then you will not be considered for financial aid. I believe the deadline for completion is June 30.  So if you are planning to attend school somewhere next semester, you should go ahead and complete it.  There is no harm in doing so.
